Our Services
Tauzeef provides recruitment, executive search, talent assessment, career counseling, management consultancy and Saudization support. Specific engagements are governed by a separate service agreement setting out scope, fees and terms.
Fees
In line with our professional ethics, fees are payable by client companies only — never by candidates. Fee structures, invoicing terms (generally payable within 10 days of invoice) and any replacement provisions are set out in the applicable service agreement.
Candidate Replacement
Where a placed candidate is subsequently rejected for personal traits within the agreed period, a replacement may be provided in accordance with the terms of the relevant engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged during an engagement. We handle all candidate and client information with discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics and branding, is the property of Tauzeef and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we apply the highest professional standards, we do not warrant uninterrupted website availability. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
