The basis on which Tauzeef introduces candidates
Our engagements are governed by clear, transparent terms. Below are the definitions that frame every mandate.
- Client
- The person, firm, or corporate body requiring Tauzeef services.
- Target Position
- The position to be filled, including title, responsibilities, authorities, reporting relations, required skills, and candidate profile.
- Candidate
- A person who may be suitable for a client position or whom the client may wish to be introduced to.
- Engagement
- Acceptance by a candidate of an offer of employment, whether oral or written.
- Fee
- The recruitment fee payable by the client to Tauzeef according to the agreed structure.
- Remuneration
- The aggregate gross annual package, including basic salary, housing allowance, and transportation allowance.
